Brief subject description:
The Contracting Authority plans to award a public contract for the supply, operation, support and further development of the eFTI Gate CZ information system, which will ensure that all competent authorities of the Czech Republic have access to electronic freight transport information (hereinafter also “eFTI”) based on Regulation (EU) 2020/1056 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 July 2020 on electronic freight transport information (hereinafter also “Regulation”), that is in accordance with common procedures and detailed rules, including common technical specifications and procedures for the processing of regulatory information and for communication with economic operators in relation to such information, pursuant to the Regulation (hereinafter also “eFTI Gate CZ”).
